“DEEP POCKETS” R&B/Funk RHYTHM GUITAR MASTERY!
This course is the culmination of everything I’ve learned in my years of playing guitar on stage, studio and in the woodshed. I feel it is unique and I’m confident you won’t find another course out there quite like it.
Over year in the making, it’s a collection of original grooves and riffs that demonstrate and walk you through concepts that WORK. If you want to improve your rhythm playing, feel and groove, all while centering around melodic R&B and Funk guitar styles, then this course is for YOU!
I’ll start out with showing your some “Fundamentals of Funk” and get you grooving right out of the gate, then we’ll move on to different styles that incorporate techniques from my “bag of tricks” -muting, triads, double-stops, single notes, 16th note “chop” etc...
Most importantly in this course I will not only be showing you HOW but I will be telling you WHY I am using certain approaches
I feel my teaching style and approach differs from most in that I learned ON the gig and in the trenches.
Although I LOVE to solo it's my rhythm chops that have kept the phone ringing all these years and kept me busy.
